woah - i finally have a new blog!
What's up guys (girls)? Did you miss me? Or those of you that are new, nice to meet you! George Alvin here… What a crazy three years it has been! I can't believe in about four months i'll be 22! Time has flown by; I even started to grow facial hair! Anyways, there's so much to talk about and i know I took an absence for a couple months, but no worries, I'm back and have no plans for disappearing anytime soon . . . and now I have a new site that is my OWN, an online portfolio, a new job, a new way of thinking, but most of all a new happiness!
I decided to start the blog for many reasons: One, to allow you guys to continue to follow my journey from a world of adult entertainment I knew nothing about, and into the real world pursuing my many and changing "aspirations"; but also as a place for those of you that share my interests of music, fashion, and all things crazy. "Down the rabbit hole", an infamous allusion from the 1865 classic novel Alice in Wonderland felt right to be the name for the blog. My life has been far from normal, from graduating high school and moving to New York City at such a young age, to dropping out of fashion school, traveling the world at days notice, to sky rocketing to winning adult entertainment's newcomer of the year award. So basically yes, a life full of chaos, confusion, but most of all a journey of self-revelation into who I am today! Your endless support of everything I do hasn't gone unnoticed, and I wouldn't be here motivated to do any of this if it wasn't for you. So thanks!
Many fun things to look forward to and share with you all - From parties i'm hosting in the city, to behind the scenes looks at jobs I work on, to my travel adventures! and as some of you have heard, I am working hard at getting my memoir published - it's about my 2 years in a ruthless industry and moving into adulthood. Now some of you have asked "Why the hell are you writing a memoir? you're 21." Well, if you know what a memoir is, it's a sort of story/journal of a specific time period in one's life in which a certain incident/set of incidents took place and there was a lot of personal growth. hope that answers it! So stay tuned for all information on a release date and or book tour information in the future!
